Dry cured for no less than 15 months, Galloni prosciutto has been perfected over time, with the company’s production in Italy of the versatile and slightly chewy ham dating back to 1960. Galloni prosciutto is made using traditional processing methods to deliver a high quality product; the salting is still carried out by hand (ensuring the lowest possible amount of salt is used) and the drying takes place in cellars where ventilation is almost completely natural, allowing for the maximum taste, aroma, and colour.
