The Braziliano Coffee Superbarista Education Centre Australia was established by European Foods Wholesalers in 1999 to raise the standard of espresso served in Australia. Since then, the Centre has evolved into a hub of innovation and talent, having trained more than 8,000 people in the fine art of coffee. The Braziliano Coffee training team is made up of experienced industry professionals who are as competent training to World Barista Championship Standards as they are assisting students and café owners to improve efficiency without forsaking quality. The Centre is nationally accredited due to its long term association with West Coast Institute of Training's Academy for Hospitality and Tourism.

Among the largest and best resourced facilities of its type in the southern hemisphere, the Centre provides access to eight operating commercial espresso machine work stations and two espresso focus training areas, as well as a full web camera setup. It is also one of the few facilities in Australia to feature the world's most cutting edge espresso machine, the La Marzocco Strada EP, and boasts award winning cuptasting experience. The Centre is unique in that it is located directly adjacent to an operational roasting facility, features enough equipment to provide more than adequate time for hands on practice for all students and contains enough room to allow students to access the very latest in international espresso equipment. These enviable features give students a complete immersive experience in espresso coffee education, facilitating a greater understanding of the art and science of specialty coffee.
