Enrolments can be made by emailing or calling (08) 9227 2296 during business hours. Upcoming dates available and can be seen here. Please be sure to provide daytime phone number and e-mail address.

PAYMENT

Mailing a cheque, money order or credit card details to the above address can make payment. Payment can also be received in person at European Foods Wholesalers Reception. GST has been applied to all of our courses and the fee is included in all advertised costs.

PARKING AND TRANSPORT

There are several car parks in the surrounding area and short-term street parking in the area during the day. Unfortunately parking in front of our Cash ‘n' Carry outlet is reserved for customers of that department. Perth train station is a five minute walk and the free CAT bus (blue route) runs along Aberdeen Street, with stop number nine right outside European Foods.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

The Braziliano SuperBarista Coffee Education Centre is located at the top of four flights of stairs and therefore is inaccessible by wheelchairs and by people with some disabilities or of age. We apologise for any inconvenience.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS

If insufficient enrolments are received, classes may be cancelled. You will be advised of any cancellations 48 hours prior to the course commencement date. If the course is cancelled a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.

ATTENDANCE

Students are asked to assemble no later than 10 minutes prior to the course commencement time at the Centre Assembly area, located inside to the left of the company entrance. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation. We reserve the right to charge the full course fee if insufficient notice is provided. Any refund will be forwarded to you.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS

Verbal and/or email confirmation will be made for enrolments approximately 1-2 days before the class date. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT

To guarantee the integrity of our training, students must attend courses in their entirety and complete all required assessments in order to receive a certificate of completion.
