European Foods Wholesalers are delighted to introduce Cecilia Balsamic Vinegar Pearls, a sweet and sour style condiment and natural fit to the must-have pantry collection.  

Nestled between Cecilia’s range of Olive Oils and flavoured Olive Oils and the much-loved condiments of balsamic vinegars from Modena, an exciting new product is joining the Cecilia range of finest quality Italian products. European Foods Wholesalers are thrilled to exclusively present to the Western Australian market, Afeltra Pasta artisan pasta.

Afeltra Pasta’s range includes a great variety of high quality pasta shapes. You’ll find fusilli, mafaldine, spaghetti, pappardelle, lumaconi, trofie, penne rigati and lumaconi tricolore in store at our Northbridge Cash n’ Carry.

Produced in Gragnano, Italy, Pastificio Giuseppe Afeltra is a company who rests on a  solid foundation of tradition and culture in the excellence of Italian Gastronomy. 

This premium pasta range is made to the highest quality, using timeless craftsmanship and ancient traditions, working the dough through bronze processing in the same slow and patient way handed down by the pasta masters of Gragnano. The dough is a mixture of the best durum wheat flour, very high protein value, and the local water.

Oven drying times can vary between 18 and 48 hours in thermostatic ovens and for some past shapes it can take up to two days, just so that we can obtain the right porosity to better absorb sauces and condiments together with the typical consistency that gives our pasta an unmistakable aroma and taste.
