Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Basque D’Argental
Basque D’Argental is made with raw sheep milk and is a semi-hard cheese. This cheese is matured for at least 3 months, during this time it is rubbed with Piment d’Espelette AOC (A locally grown chile pepper that is a culinary icon of the Basque region). The cheese has a natural rind which is a reddish brown in colour and a traditional rustic flavour.
