Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Fourme D’Ambert AOC
Fourme D’Ambert is a blue cheese from the Auvergne region in France. It has a thin rind and matures for at least 30 days. To maintain the aromatic flavour and creamy textures of this cheese, it should always be stored and wrapped in foil.
Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Galet Normand
Galet Normand is a soft cheese from the Normandy and has a red and white rind. During its 14 day maturation, this cheese is washed off regularly with saltwater and eventually takes on an orange colour. It matures like a Camembert so that a thin white layer of mould develops on the rind. The flavour is succulent and slightly smoky.
Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Gaperon D’Auvergne
This is a soft cheese from the French region of Auvergne, and is flavoured with garlic and pepper corns. During maturation, yellow markings develop on the white mould rind, but the cheese continues to be perfectly edible. The Gaperon melts very well and can be enjoyed without any additional condiments or flavouring.

Gres Des Vosges is a traditional soft ripened cheese with washed rind. This cheese matures for at least six weeks in the cellars of vineyards in the French region of Alsace. It is very well presented, with a fern leaf imbedded in the rind and has a very fine flavour.

Langres AOC Chalancey is a soft ripened cheese, made from cow’s milk with a washed rind. During the maturation process, the Langres is not turned which causes a hole to develop in the middle of the cheese. This cheese has a full bodied, aromatic flavour.
