Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Petit Sapin

Petit Sapin is a soft ripened cheese, made using only the freshest cow's milk. Manufactured in the Jura Mountains, Petit Sapin matures in a wooden box and has a mild, creamy flavour. It is very similar to Mont d’Or (which is only on the market from August 15 to March 31) but conveniently, this succulent cheese is available all year round.

Produced in the valley of the French Vercors Mountains, Saint Marcellin is a soft cheese with white-red mould rind. During a normal 3 week maturing process, green and blue spots develop on the rind of this cheese.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Saint Nectaire AOC

Saint Nectaire AOC is a semi-hard cheese from the French region of Auvergne. To achieve its distinctively natural flavour, the rind is washed with salted water during the five week maturation process, which leads to the development of grey, blue, green and yellow mould spots on the rind of the cheese.
