Made in the home of Brie cheese in the French region of Lorraine, Brie Mon Sire is soft ripened and is enclosed in a thin white layer of subtle cream and hazelnut flavours. This product is a must for any cheese lover!

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Chaource AOC
From the French region of Champagne, Chaource AOC is a soft ripened cheese. It is slightly sour, with a strong aromatic flavour. This cheese is best to eat when it is very fresh or fully matured.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Zick Chevre De France
Made from pasteurised goat’s milk accompanied with a bloomy rind, Zick De France is soft ripened, fine and homogeneous. During the 10 day maturation period of this cheese it's flavours become more pungent.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Delice De Bourgogne
Encased in a white mould rind, Delice De Bourgogne is a triple cream cheese with a delightful smooth texture. With added Crème fraiche during the manufacturing process, this cheese delightfully creamy and so full of taste.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Raclette Grancoeur
Raclette is a semi-hard cheese and is manufactured on the Franco-Swiss border. During its 8 week maturation period, the rind is washed with French white wine on a regular basis. Subsequently, this cheese has a very aromatic and full-bodied flavour.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Jurassic French
Produced in a small dairy in the Jura Mountains in France, Petit Jurassic French is a hard cheese made from cow’s milk. Whilst maturing for 8 months in rock cellars, the rind is washed regularly to achieve its
divine tangy flavour.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Vigneron Herbes
Vigneron is a real Munster cheese with a washed rind and is laced with either raspberry marmalade or herbs. When stored in a cool place and kept in its original packaging the Vigneron stays soft and almost spreadable. This cheese has a very fine essence and looks great on a cheese platter.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Petit Sapin
Petit Sapin is a soft ripened cheese, made using only the freshest cow's milk. Manufactured in the Jura Mountains, Petit Sapin matures in a wooden box and has a mild, creamy flavour. It is very similar to Mont d’Or (which is only on the market from August 15 to March 31) but conveniently, this succulent cheese is available all year round.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Epoisses Chalancey
Epoisses Chalancey is traditionally hand-ladled into moulds and is a soft type of cheese. Its rind is matured in cellars for about 6 weeks whilst being washed with “Marc de Bourgogne”; a type of Burgundy Brandy. Epoisses Chalancey has a very unique, perfumed flavour.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Bleu des Basques
Bleu des Basques is a blue cheese with light brown natural rind. Maturation time for this cheese is at least 3 months. The flavour is full-bodied and fruity but at the same time slightly sharp.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Camembert Le Bocage
Made in a small dairy in Normandy using only the finest cow’s milk from the AOC area, Camembert Le Bocage has a fine creamy texture and natural milky flavour.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Trappe De Bricquebec
Trappe De Bricquebec is a semi hard cheese made from cow’s milk with a maturing time of approximately six weeks in a cellar. It is an exceptionally creamy cheese with a light spicy flavour. This cheese partners well with a large variety of other foods.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Gres Des Vosges
Gres Des Vosges is a traditional soft ripened cheese with washed rind. This cheese matures for at least six weeks in the cellars of vineyards in the French region of Alsace. It is very well presented, with a fern leaf imbedded in the rind and has a very fine flavour.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Saint Nectaire AOC
Saint Nectaire AOC is a semi-hard cheese from the French region of Auvergne. To achieve its distinctively natural flavour, the rind is washed with salted water during the five week maturation process, which leads to the development of grey, blue, green and yellow mould spots on the rind of the cheese.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Rollot Coeur
Rollot Coeur is produced in the picturesque northern regions of France. It is heart-shaped and has a washed rind. This cheese is required to mature for three weeks to achieve a strong, scented flavour.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Langres AOC Chalancey
Langres AOC Chalancey is a soft ripened cheese, made from cow’s milk with a washed rind. During the maturation process, the Langres is not turned which causes a hole to develop in the middle of the cheese. This cheese has a full bodied, aromatic flavour.
Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Roquefort D’Argental
Roquefort D’Argental is made in the Aveyron region of France and is matured in the caves of Roquefort sur Soulzon. These caves are ventilated by currents of air and provide ideal conditions for the development of mould called Penicillium Roqueforti. This mould helps to intensify the rich, sharp flavours of this cheese. A must for lovers of French cheese, and a great addition to many recipes.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Roquefort
Roquefort AOC is a blue cheese from the Causses Region of France. This cheese is very flavourful and naturally creamy. Blue Penicillium Roqueforti mould is achieved by baking natural rye bread with organic flour, which appears during the three months maturation period of this cheese.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Bleuet
Bleut is a blue cheese made from pure goat’s milk and is produced in the region of Val de Loire, France. The cheese has a smooth white mould rind and a rich creamy flavour. As Bleuet matures, blue Penicillium develops throughout it and contributes to the unique rich flavour and pleasant texture of the cheese.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Brie Traditional
This conventional style Brie is made in Seine-et-Marne and is still produced in a very traditional fashion. The cheese is moulded with a Brie slice, and is matured for at least four weeks. This Brie has smooth texture and intense flavour.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Chèvre du Poitou
A soft cheese with white mould rind, Chèvre du Poitou is basically a Camembert made from goat’s milk. This cheese is left to mature in humid cellars for at least 15 days and has a very fine and fragrant taste.

Rocbleu is a blue veined cheese with an ashy rind. It has a mild, spicy flavour without the over-powering blue vein taste. Even if you are not too fond of blue vein, this cheese is definitely worth a try.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Fourme D’Ambert AOC
Fourme D’Ambert is a blue cheese from the Auvergne region in France. It has a thin rind and matures for at least 30 days. To maintain the aromatic flavour and creamy textures of this cheese, it should always be stored and wrapped in foil.

Chablis Chalancey is a soft cheese with natural rind. It is matured with a white Burgundy wine called Chablis. When it is fresh the cheese is fine and mild. During the maturing process the flavour becomes smoother and stronger.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Gaperon D’Auvergne
This is a soft cheese from the French region of Auvergne, and is flavoured with garlic and pepper corns. During maturation, yellow markings develop on the white mould rind, but the cheese continues to be perfectly edible. The Gaperon melts very well and can be enjoyed without any additional condiments or flavouring.

Ossau Iraty is a semi hard cheese that is made with raw ewe’s milk. It is produced in France in the Pyrenees. The cheese is matured for 4 months and has a very fragrant, fruity flavour.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Munster AOC
Munster Mini Fromi is a soft cheese from the Alsace region of France. It has a washed rind and matures for at least three weeks in humid cellars. This cheese has a rustic texture and is full-flavoured.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Brillat Savarin
Mini Brillat Savarin is made with triple cream and each individual cheese is coated in one of the following flavourings; herbs, pepper, raisins, truffle or mustard. The texture of this cheese is particularly smooth and has a wonderfully fresh flavour. Each Brillat Savarin cheese is individually vacuum-sealed for guaranteed freshness.This cheese is great for a dessert platter.

Crottin De Picandine cheese has a very tender rind and the fresh, natural taste of goat’s milk. Each of the Crottins comes individually packaged in a bowl where it can continue to mature

Manufactured in the French Region of Poitou-Charentes, Petit Camembert Nostaligie is made from pasteurized milk, Ripens for approximately 9 days, has a mild, creamy taste and a lovely thin mould rind. This cheese has top quality, attractive packaging.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Comte AOC
The Comté, is the most significant hard cheese originating from the High-Jura region. It is daily produced in a small alpine dairy and spends 6 months maturing in Pontalier. The cheese is rubbed with a brine twice a week giving this product a delicate nutty taste. This cheese is best eaten when accompanied with fruity white wine or a light red wine.

Eureka Gourmet French Petit Chevre D'Argental
A camembert made from goat’s milk in Poitou-Charentes, France, Gres Des Vosges has a very attractive soft mould rind surrounding its smooth, fruity centre. This cheese is very well packaged and presented and can be stored in its wooden box. Great for gifting!

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Cremeux D’Argental
Made from cow’s milk and accompanied by a white mould rind, Cremeux D’Argental is a very soft, creamy cheese. It has a very slow maturation period, but once fully matured it can be spread.

Originating in the Lyon region of France, Brebirousse D’Argental is made from soft, pure ewe’s milk and is encased with a white and red mould rind. This cheese has a very aromatic flavour. Thanks to the square shape of Brebirousse D’Argental, it is easy to cut and share. This zesty cheese is suitable for a vegetarian diet.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Brebis D’Argental
Made from pure ewe’s milk, Brebis D’Argental is covered with a white mould rind and features a very aromatic flavour. Its square shape makes it easy to cut and share, though as it matures it becomes softer and easier to spread. Brebis D’Argental is a great cheese for cooking, snacking on and suitable for a vegetarian diet.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Saint Marcellin
Produced in the valley of the French Vercors Mountains, Saint Marcellin is a soft cheese with white-red mould rind. During a normal 3 week maturing process, green and blue spots develop on the rind of this cheese.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Lingot D’Argental
Lingot D’Argental is a soft cheese, and is produced in the French region of Lyon. It has a white mould rind and is best cut with a traditional Roquefort wire. Lingot D’Argental is a particularly creamy cheese and is easily spread. Uniquely, the more the cheese matures, the creamier it becomes!

Mimolette Beffroi is a hard cheese that is produced in the northern part of France. The cheese has a natural rind, and flavours of this cheese range from mildly aromatic to a much stronger taste.

Produced in Normandy, Camembert Chevalier Normandie is made with pasteurised cow’s milk and has a soft and delicate flavour. This cheese is a must for all lovers of Camembert.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Galet Normand
Galet Normand is a soft cheese from the Normandy and has a red and white rind. During its 14 day maturation, this cheese is washed off regularly with saltwater and eventually takes on an orange colour. It matures like a Camembert so that a thin white layer of mould develops on the rind. The flavour is succulent and slightly smoky.

Eureka Gourmet French Cheese Basque D’Argental
Basque D’Argental is made with raw sheep milk and is a semi-hard cheese. This cheese is matured for at least 3 months, during this time it is rubbed with Piment d’Espelette AOC (A locally grown chile pepper that is a culinary icon of the Basque region). The cheese has a natural rind which is a reddish brown in colour and a traditional rustic flavour.
