Leonardo CoffeeRoasting coffee, like art, represents the culmination of countless years of finessing to achieve the perfect result. Reknown painter, sculptor, engineer, and writer, Leonardo da Vinci had a reputation for perfection. He was the original creative thinker, a philosopher as much as an artist, who after contemplating a move in his work, would stop, look and contemplate some more. Every Leonardo coffee blend applies this same commitment to perfection to the art of roasting coffee. In the same way Da Vinci worked with his colours to achieve the desired effect, the Leonardo master roaster works with green beans to achieve the perfect blend. The need for contemplation and finessing cannot be emphasized enough. |
