Produced in Gragnano, Italy, Pastificio Giuseppe Afeltra is a company who rests on a solid foundation of tradition and culture in the excellence of Italian Gastronomy. 

Gragnano is nestled in the Monti Lattari in the Naples hinterland and is renowned as the capital of Pasta, for its geographical position and the slight humidity in air temperature that are ideal and essential conditions for a slow and gradual drying process.

From the company’s beginnings in 1895, Afeltra Pasta is one of the oldest pasta factories in Gragnano. In the 1920s Giuseppe Afeltra continued his father Vincenzo’s Pasta production and thanks to his winning commercial strategy he managed to transform a small local industry into a much bigger international one, exporting Pasta to the USA and many other countries worldwide. Today, Giuseppe Afeltra, Company Group President and heir to the dynasty, continues to produce artisan Pasta in the same way he learnt as a child from his grandfather Giuseppe in his Gragnano factory, using only local spring water and the best quality Italian durum wheat flour.
