HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is a management system which focuses on identifying and preventing hazards from contaminating food to ensure it is safe for human consumption. It addresses food safety through the analysis and control of biological, chemical and physical hazards during raw material production, procurement and handling, manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
